Terms and Conditions for Public Session Training

Telecom Training Associates reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment. We will make every effort not to cancel our classes, as we understand the inconvenience this may cause the student. If we cancel a class, we will notify students 7 days in advance via e-mail. If a class involves travel, we recommend that students purchase refundable airline tickets whenever possible. A written request for a qualified substitute student to attend the class will be honored. Rescheduling of cancelled classes will be at our discretion. All cancellation requests made by a student must be submitted in writing to public@telecomtrainers.com at least 30 days prior to the scheduled class start date in order to get a full release of tuition. Cancellations made less than 30 days shall be subject to the full tuition amount. The registered student is responsible for travel, meals and lodging. Payment can be made by check, credit card or by the issuance of an accepted purchase order. Payment is due at the time of training. We must have a completed registration sheet sent to us for each student.
